How to Create and start a free blog on Blogspot.

Hi, today I am going to write how to create create a free website on blogspot platform. BlogSpot is a blogging platform powered by Google. It offers you an opportunity to start a blog. There are also many free blog provider to create free website (wix, wordpress, weebly) but I personally recommend blogger cause it is totally free. 
If you have enough money to start a website then you should try self-hosted wordpress blog (wordpress.org). We will discuss about it later. 
Ok let's start with step by step guide to create a create a free website on blogspot.

SIGN UP TO BLOGGER

Go to blogger and signup with your existing gmail account. If you don't have gmail account then create a account at first from here google.com/gmail. Once you are done then confirm your your Google+ profile then continue to blogger. Now create a new blog by clicking New Blog.

GIVE DOMAIN NAME

Now give a Title and Address name which you want. The domain name must be unique. There are chances that the domain name you want to choose is already registered. In that case you must need to try a different domain name until unless the blue tick gets appeared at the right side of Address field as shown below. Once you get blue tick now choose any template (you can change it later). Now click on Create blog.

 

PUBLISH A POST 

Now time to publish a post. Go to Posts then New post. Write what about you want and then click on publish. 
When you click publish, it would ask you to share the content on Google+, you may wish to do so as it would become a good source of traffic to your newly created website. Now your post is visible to your website.

So you are done, now start writing more article and post.
